In order to proceed with the booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The balance can be paid at any time up to 60 days before the departure date.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the amount due is 100% of the total cost of the stay.

Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Earlier is always better when designing a tour. Hotels have more availability, we can plan your stay more easily, and partners offering the activities you want have more options.

At every stage, our guides are constantly looking out for your comfort and safety. Our support van, driven by a guide, accompanies you every kilometer, providing you with the necessary supplies and mechanical assistance. You can even lighten your load by leaving your windbreaker in the van during an ascent, before retrieving it for the descent.
In case of fatigue or bad weather, the van is there to provide you with every comfort. Our guides will immortalize your trip so that you can take home a souvenir.

If you wish, a bike guide can accompany you on the road at any time, giving you cycling tips and information about the region as you progress. Our bike guides are professionals qualified by the French ministry of sports.

Beyond the bike, expect premium service. Your luggage will be waiting for you (where possible) in your hotel room on arrival. Your guides can book a last-minute massage or wine tasting. The morning before you set off, bikes are ready and waiting, and sports food is on hand for the day ahead.
A real cycling vacation is when all you have to do is pedal!

On all Veymont Travel itineraries, you’ll find recommended places for arrivals and departures. Group transfers to and from the arrival and departure points of all our cycling tours are included. If you inform us at the time of booking that your train or flight is arriving at a location other than the recommended one, we will adapt your stay.

We understand your desire to ride your own bike. If you prefer to use your own bike during the tour, you will be responsible for all shipping arrangements, as well as assembly and disassembly if necessary.

If you’d like to use your own saddle, helmet or pedal system, you can bring your own. Our guides will install it for you at the start of the tour.

Our prices are per person based on two people sharing a room. Guests who wish to have their own room they will be charged a Single Supplement fee.

Prices for our cycling tours are based on double occupancy. The single supplement is an additional charge to reserve a private room for solo travelers.

Veymont Travel offers only private cycling experience : Your Group – Your Dates. So we adapt to your requirements.

In order to be able to communicate an indicative offer on our stays pages, the price is calculated on the basis of 4 participants.

Travelers accompanied by people who prefer not to cycle can take part in the journeys.
Non-cyclists can participate in the same tours, lunches and tastings as cyclists.

We do our best to accommodate your dietary needs. We communicate your restrictions, allergies and meal preferences to restaurants and other partners. When booking a tour, we recommend that you discuss your dietary restrictions with the Veymont Travel team member in charge of your stay.

On a cycling trip with Veymont Travel, understanding and respecting cycling safety rules is the most important part of every ride: obey all traffic signs, wear a helmet at all times when on your bike. Our guides will also remind you how to ride safely during your trip.

Once we have a general idea of what you want from a cycling holiday, our team of tour designers works to tailor the itinerary to your requirements. We check hotel availability and any other logistical details. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote based on the number of people in your group.
